Pay scale is not condusive to the experience and talent of the employees
When we are told to take our pto by the district manager, then when we do request pto it gets denied. At the end of the fiscal year you lose the pto you didnt use. But was denied the chance to use it.

Because my manager didn't have any compassion, treated me like shit and I have a lot going on in my life and had to take a leave of absence which is why I am trying to contact HR because now that I'm ready to go back to work I can't because I can't be found in the system and nobody will help me

The rue21 rivergate location didnt have meetings. All decisions are based off of he said she said, and even the district manager has a communication issue. Alot of this locations issues could be resolved with better conflic resolution and communication skills.

Everyone needs to worry about work instead of worrying what's going on with other people and their personal life's. Worry bout what needs to be done and do it..no one works there..they are too busy worrying about drama..lines have been crossed!!!!
Executive Leadership is far too ingrained in making technical decisions and they do not understand the complexities of decisions they have made in the past

Assortment of product, level of talent in the stores, and the executive teams capabilty to have clear concise direction

We need higher pay. Because ours is so low its hard to hire anybody since a lot of places offer up to $5 more per hour for just part time sales associates.
