Good servid is very important.

I left my prescription glasses on the table. Called the restaurant 15 minutes later and they could not find them. Totally unacceptable.

They keep putting us on skeleton crews and its impossible to achieve everything they ask of us with how little staff we have. The server assistants who are paid by the servers dont do anything to help anymore other than resetting tables.

The service is great when you get the proper server.

Knowing your voice is heard and placing management who work well together.
