What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Hiring people actually need hire people that want work. Actually have the same pay rate to every hired people

Verbage for the hiring memeber be it management better more indepth questions for possible hires not hiring like its covid

Don’t just pick the first resume off the stack and expect those people to be availab

Maybe not hyping up the store so much and tricking people into believeing its "good"

Dont hire people who arent going to actually work, and dont hire people who right away look like they arent going to do the job well

Very easy to get through the hiring process, but they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up.

Have dept leads be in the interviews to explain the job and what is expected

The interviewer was rude and didnt act friendly.

More extensive interview process and call people back.

They should have better definition of what's expected, and give resources to aid you in your progress instead of telling you that you didn't get the job and done. If I applied for a managers position more than a couple of times I obviously looking for a promotion. Please help me get there.

I wish they offered more training for people willing and wanting to move up into management positions

First of all do not try in push all positions on fist interview. Also do not change person who preforms this. Also put someone one two days a week and have walk ins maybe once a week local companies are doing this after r they are encouraged to apply.

If I'm called in under the auspices of a certain job applied for, they should tell me that they are trying to give me a different position than the one they ended up offering me

how about being fair to all employees trying to move up and equally interviewing them when qualified?

Asking questions that someone with a disadvantage of knowledge in particular area during important interviews just so someone else who would know because of the department they are in gets the position even though they are incompetent.
