I love working in my department
It is a small team ideally no more than three people for my department maybe a fourth part-time. But there's a lot of behind the scene work that is not during business hours and management doesn't always understand that
My starbucks staff is amazing
They're great to work with. We get along easily. I have no problems with them

Everybody understands that teamwork is a part of succeeding. That is important to me. A job like this takes everybody working together whether they directly together or not the teamwork is important to everybody's success.
The employees were friendly and worked very hard.

Respecting each other loyalty It start with the manager of the deli when the leader shows she doesn't care how is it for her crew to respect and care if they see their leader doesn't
The coworkers at my store behave like children. They spend too much time on their phones or gossiping in order for them to even complete their day. They have to go outside and have at least 20 cigarette breaks.
Work instead of being lazy

They need to stop acting like high schoolers and actually grow up. They spend most of their time complaining and gossiping about others because they are miserable. Making actually doing something about bullying might help? Instead of talking about it

Most of the coworkers were fine but some of them were known to harass underage employees and face no repercussions leading other employees to be the ones protecting their peers
