talking to subordinates appropriately and treating them with dignity and respect. Workers need full-time jobs with a real living wage that neither the corporation or the union assists in providing. The vibe is very oppressive.
not having new hires get screwed in terms of scheduling. I had to work what no one else wanted to work. Also when I pointed out the customer surveys are difficult to get they threatened to demote me to courtesy clerk three times. Don't treat ur new hires like crap. Also there was no training. I was

The team is fine. The store director needs to be retrained. No people skills. Walks around ignoring employees and customers. Worst manager I have ever worked with...and I have seen them come and go.
