The team is fine. The store director needs to be retrained. No people skills. Walks around ignoring employees and customers. Worst manager I have ever worked with...and I have seen them come and go.

Actually leading a team. They keep saying "Be a team" and yet when someone needs help they tell you not to help them. Also, taking care of bullying. There was alot of petty stuff going on and no one did nothing. They started an investigation but never ended it. The people deserved to be fired.
