Proud to be working there

We act as a team, like I tai doshin, many in body, one in mind.

Yes i love it.. i love work team

Amazing and responsive with a heart of gold

Mark is very good at being a boss

For the most part they're all right but that's cuz they leave me alone or my department alone as long as the sales are good and there's no complaints

Now that we have a new store directer he is the best

My store director was the only person on the leadership team that I felt was fair or a reason

talking to subordinates appropriately and treating them with dignity and respect. Workers need full-time jobs with a real living wage that neither the corporation or the union assists in providing. The vibe is very oppressive.

not having new hires get screwed in terms of scheduling. I had to work what no one else wanted to work. Also when I pointed out the customer surveys are difficult to get they threatened to demote me to courtesy clerk three times. Don't treat ur new hires like crap. Also there was no training. I was

Everything needs to be improved

Everything actually being leadership not just telling people what to doesn't make you leader. Care more the employees and work than just their titles

There's allot to be done especially with the store director named lalo rico they should moved this guy from there or fire him from his position he has had allot of complaints from workers there

Being a grocery store instead of a piece of equity of which its sole purpose is to funnel all profits to its richest shareholders. It is surreal how bad it is

The team is fine. The store director needs to be retrained. No people skills. Walks around ignoring employees and customers. Worst manager I have ever worked with...and I have seen them come and go.

The management needs to be better. The higher managament needs to start caring.

My manager is a negative person who makes work miserable

Actually leading a team. They keep saying "Be a team" and yet when someone needs help they tell you not to help them. Also, taking care of bullying. There was alot of petty stuff going on and no one did nothing. They started an investigation but never ended it. The people deserved to be fired.
