I enjoy my fellow employees. I love our customers for the most part, that is our usuals. I love interacting with people. I like helping people. I used to enjoy coming to work.

Everything. The pay sucks, overtime doesn't exist, people don't listen at all!

Better management better pay more hours . A new representative for my store no one doing their job right

Better pay would definitely help

We are being bought by Kroger

Stop switching management so easily

By actually helping your employees. My co worker got yelled at for going past lunch when our area was super busy and he didnt want to leave me by myself. Was also told no one was "trained" in my area when i myself was barely trained and could handle it. Its not that hard.

That Safeway doesn't care about its employees.

Greedy CEO's who only care about profits.

DM up to Sr Mgt are filled with tyrants that are incompetent. Treating their frontline employees as fodder for their follies.

Sr Mgt pillaging the stores to maximize their bonuses; driving their fancy cars and lifestyle.

Hire better trained managers. Most employees know more than store managers. That's sad to see

Look and listen to all hourly employees and make sure what they have to say thats where you will find the truth

EVERYTHING! Management is terrible! Covid restrictions here are trash! And if you want to have a life, dont work here!

Be more postive,more suportive,more transparency to new staffs

For the employees to be heard. For people who are in charge to have training in what it means to be a department Manger. Appreciate workers with great work ethics and discipline the ones who do nothing.

Respect the worker for what they do

Even my wife won’t go back. No help offered to her on coupons that were not working on her phone, I had to go in and talk to them. Then I asked why didn’t you help
