They have an open door policy and they really mean it. They're always around to help to ensure we can succeed at our jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very informal and relaxing. They didn't drill in questions but had an open discussion about skills I held along with expectations of the job and what I wanted to achieve and gain from working there. It was positive all around and they were open and responsive with all communication.
