What are some of the best things about your team?

Bright, helpful people on my team help drive results and are happy to collaborate on solutions

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

While salaries are competitive, most are high enough for the area especially if you're a single income family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The individual contributors are positive, friendly and care about their work, but this is being stifled by low morale in the physical offices.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was able to meet several directors and managers the position reports to, who all had different styles and therefore provided good insight to the company and work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Great hours, decent work-life balance (set your boundaries), and very competitive salaries - some of the highest in the industry. Constant restructuring and disorganization has led to chaos and teams across the board struggling to understand their roles, while upper management remains incompetent.
