I love this company from a distance. Closer up it has more of an artistic Monet quality. I need more data and more structure and less opinions and speculation. The service implementation on my particular account seems very novice and there should be more direction funneled down from the head.

I work from home, but the people that i interact with on the phone in our multiple meetings are very pleasant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More confident and decisive leadership needed to set clear objectives so that more time is placed in the execution and evaluation than in the initiation and planning phase.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings, too much talking, there needs to be more time in planning and meeting should be used to discuss blockers and develop strategies when needed. Every meeting cannot be a strategy meeting. There should be a better shared recipe for scaling initiatives across the enterprise.
