What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paycheck I guess - pension not bad too

Profit sharing, good espp plan, good benefits, fair market value salary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

because of the private company, no RSU

I had done the same work as my counterparts for months but was always denied a promotion, job title change, and pay increase. This often happens to the women who work here, and the company has been sued on multiple occasions for their unfair treatment of female-identifying employees.
