Started off good, since company buyout from private equity in 2018 has gone down hill big time. Only focused on sales at any cost. Culture and morale has spiraled down and great people leaving but no one cares. Horrible work environment.

Negative, authoritarian work environment. Not transparent. Not professional. No heart. Everyone looking over their shoulder for next shoe to drop.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to focus on employees. People are leaving this company at a high rate to better opportunities. Leadership need to be professional, respectful and have integrity which they are not
