What do you like best about your company?

The people you work with are great.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Typically overwhelemed. Don't have enough resources or support to get work done.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

It would be great to see management and leadership genuinely care more about their people than the bottom line.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers were amazing. We got along really well, and they're always down to have a chat to lift each other up during difficult times.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership often rewards employees who cut corners, lie, and cheat to get the job done, while honest, ethical, hardworking employers are often left in the dust.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Providing resources so that team members are not consistently working more than 8 hours a day - many team members begin working early in the morning and well into their evening to be able to get the job done.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The company could be organized. Scheduling an interview was difficult, and I don't think there was a clear plan in place. Met with people who didn't really need to be included in the process or know what they were doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I had done the same work as my counterparts for months but was always denied a promotion, job title change, and pay increase. This often happens to the women who work here, and the company has been sued on multiple occasions for their unfair treatment of female-identifying employees.
