I had done the same work as my counterparts for months but was always denied a promotion, job title change, and pay increase. This often happens to the women who work here, and the company has been sued on multiple occasions for their unfair treatment of female-identifying employees.
Digital transformation. Get trained on the technology we buy vs. buying tools then never using them. Integrate technologies. Use automation. Allow data to flow between salesforce and other tools.

Providing resources so that team members are not consistently working more than 8 hours a day - many team members begin working early in the morning and well into their evening to be able to get the job done.

The company could be organized. Scheduling an interview was difficult, and I don't think there was a clear plan in place. Met with people who didn't really need to be included in the process or know what they were doing.
