Honestly just coworkers. Administration does nothing but performance activism like pizza days or motivational quote daily

We always help each other. We do our best to make sure no one person is getting slammed

They don't listen to staff and just wanna fill their pockets at the expense of their staffs safety and wellbeing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe it's because when we were in the middle of a 3rd covid surge we had to work with triple workloads without any compensation for burn out and stress. For months we gave our everything and got only the basic is return
