Lack of appreciation. Low pay. Expensive benefits. Management takes employee work kuddos but will blame employees when something goes wrong. CEO change has gone downhill. Morale is low. Very low.

For HAVING to use Sanford Health for insurance, very expensive. No choice of physician.

Just have a conversation. Get rid of the cookie cutter questions. Ridiculous. Kindergarten.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Maybe taking action on employees pay - increase in pay, even with standard of living.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Gossip talk, who isn't doing what. Waste of time for in person meetings. We have WebEx, why do we need to meet in person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sanford has been known in the community to be too corporate, you pay for an "I don't know" answer. Physicians are leaving to go to competetor.
