definitely Overworked and underpaid Sanford has not kept up with the price of living. Everybody that works at Sanford is unhappy I always hear nurses saying it's just a paycheck to them now and how they don't care anymore it's really disturbing to hear this although I understand

Helping out when we are always short-handed

They need to appreciate their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they paid me fairly I would be much happier. It's so hard to be happy and do an amazing job when we are so overworked and underpaid
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees are not happy and they don't feel appreciated and they feel overworked so it's very hard to do our best when we are constantly stressed and overworked
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's a few coworkers that do not pull their weight and then when I come to work after them I have to work double to pick up their slack people have given up on doing a good job because they feel unappreciated and underpaid and overworked
