Consistency and Accountability from their Middle Managers
My interview was straight-forward and positive.
We are currently in a staffing shortage and this creates a stressful environment.
Our managers are given too much control over our day-to-day operations.
My job title (and the pay that goes with it) does not match my responsibilities.
Again, our managers need to be held accountable. They are so vital to our workforce, but are often disregarded or given too much power.
