Supporting and rewarding current staff members . New employees makingsignificantly more money per hour. That's not fair!!!!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was great. Told me expectations of the job. Was willing to offer me a position even tho I had back problems.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to support current employees by way of good raise to make equality among workers doing the same job. None of that right now
