The doctors are extremely helpful and caring. A small handful of the coworkers are wonderful to work with as well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes, there is so much back talking and gossip about each other. The favored employees plot others against each other to stir up trouble.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They only promote employees that they can control. They show extreme favoritism and are not anonymous when a coworker complains about another, especially if it is about one of the favored employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hired a greeter and paid them $3 more an hour than the technicians that have been there for years and do much much more for the department than anyone else in the office.
