I love my current role. I love our team and the elderly we care for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We honestly work very well together. We have our weak links, of course, but I feel we work well regardless.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my current job role is mis-titled and underpaid. I am working far beyond my current job description and I feel I should be compensated for it.
