SCI in Ethiopia is good in reaching the community, staff need giving emphasis for sustaninability
Start caring about the people we're supposed to be helping and not just about raking in more money.
There are serious issues with this organization and the leadership team has shown no capacity to address them...they scarcely seem to care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary to match amount of work done
As a Save US employee working overseas many of my benefits are taxed. The level of taxation is on my benefits is equal to 30% of my take home pay. Save made an error in 2019 calculating this and presented me a tax witholding bill equivalent to 5 months take home pay. That's not okay.

all questions are very helpful
Personal & comfortable with staff
professionalism. They had written their questions and recording my responses. They followed a standard set of criteria for evaluation of all candidates.
The interview seemed like a formality so not much to remark on.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture is more like some of the worse Wall St practices, and not what a charity should be.
Save does not treat its people well. Its systems are old and too often don't work. HR is particularly problematic...but this is because senior leadership allows them to be. The organization needs to show that it feels the pain its inflicted upon employees. Sadly...a lawsuit is probably needed.
