What did you like most about the interview process?

The process was fine...pretty straight forward...no games.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There are serious issues with this organization and the leadership team has shown no capacity to address them...they scarcely seem to care.

What are some of the best things about your team?

So many of Save's employees are great, smart, dedicated people. With the bad systems and bad management, though, I feel they are beaten down and often looking to work elsewhere.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Save does not treat its people well. Its systems are old and too often don't work. HR is particularly problematic...but this is because senior leadership allows them to be. The organization needs to show that it feels the pain its inflicted upon employees. Sadly...a lawsuit is probably needed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a Save US employee working overseas many of my benefits are taxed. The level of taxation is on my benefits is equal to 30% of my take home pay. Save made an error in 2019 calculating this and presented me a tax witholding bill equivalent to 5 months take home pay. That's not okay.
