nothing - one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
RBC does not appear to be helpful in attaining the help they claim they are doing for customers through the pandemic crisis- all words, no real assistance.
What makes you most happy at work?
too bad private customers think well of the customers' business, and think questionably about the lack of support that RBC as a partnership. Deal with this bank at your peril - wolf in sheep's clothing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RBC claims to be helping customers through the pandemic - fluff -send unexpected lawers/debt collection agencies, despite the customer keeping to the payment arrangements made. More attention is paid to their reported write off ratios than their customers' true circumstances.
