Very smart individuals. Committed to the organization, each other, and solving difficult problems. They make each workday fun and exciting. Great Scrum practitioners, really understand the systems we have in place. Great at getting things done and delivering high quality on time and within budget.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company lives the 5 scrum values everyday. Focus. Openness. Courage. Commitment. Respect. We truly assume best intent, and have high levels of trust within teams and between teams. Everyone is accountable, and understands their role and does their part in delivering high quality work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to make a difference. Everyone participates in our planning processes. We don't like surprises. Everyone has a voice. I like being heard and I like it that my ideas are always considered. I feel that I can act autonomously to a degree, and help deliver high value items on the org roadmap.
