The interviews were conversational and friendly and gave me an opportunity to get to know the company culture, even though its a virtual organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing ideas actually come to life and be released to our members. It's been exciting to be a part of all the new things we've launched recently!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team really tries to be transparent about what's happening at the company, from board meeting topics to strategic initiatives to general company performance. They also have an 'open door policy' with the whole org and take feedback seriously.
