What makes you most happy at work?

Delivering. Contribution and pulling on the rope in a meaningful way. I feel valued and needed. Those things alone are enough, but I also get to interact with people I respect and enjoy meeting with regularly. That's the icing on the cake for me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people, and the standards we won't allow ourselves to slip below. That goes for the work we produce and the culture we protect. It's a culture of respect, and also high expectation, but not unreasonable expectation. We are like the special forces of the business world :).

What did you like most about the interview process?

We are picky, and careful to select people who will fit in with our environment, but also be able to self manage enough to handle excelling in a work from home environment. It's not for everyone, and takes a certain kind of person. You have to be invested. Just wanting 'a job' isn't enough.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have three teams, and they are all the reason I love what I do. My job is to make sure people have what they need to be successful, and my teams make that a softball pitch to hit. Really it's due to the culture, the hiring, and the leadership. They are what contribute most to the great teams.
