Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For hourly employees, the wages are non competitive and at times, divisive. For salaried employees, there is little growth year to year and insane working expectations given the pay. A work life balance is NOT prioritized.

This company will not make changes to properly compensate the employees. They care about the stockholders only.

Just stop being stupid and actually care about your employees. Your turnaround is insane and it's because employees are maltreated.

Review from Sales Dept
