What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership needs to be more present and involved; that goes for guest and employee matters.

Treat people like humans, get your human resources building ACTUALLY functional (Noone answers. Ever. Never ever.), and fix your stupid attendance system. Take a note out of Disney and Universal's books.

Raise the wages and offer holiday pay....the free tickets for family and friends are not enough, you still profit off of them being there, because they are going to spend money and I as an employee still get nothing!!!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Need better pay or at least be allowed a second job

Review from Customer Support Dept

Again, communication and pay. Stop shipping jobs overseas!

Review from Customer Support Dept

More communication to team members from our supervisors about problems we have.
