What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to making sure everyone gets their breaks and lunches. They always communicate any changes which is a huge plus!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is most of the time, willing to help out one another. An example would be an employee looking for something on the stocked shelf and then another employee will offer their help to look for it with them. I always appreciated the people that were friendly, other employees were um questionable

The fellow employees are nice to work with but nothing else about the company
I liked my coworkers (when we're not crying from the stress in the bathroom) and performers. That's it.
it is SeaWorld it is a fun place to work. get to interact with the other guests, get to go int the park for free and the other parks nearby. ETC.
No discrimination and everyone is willing to help out when needed

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a panel interview. I enjoyed meeting the team.
Moved as quickly as it could my hire person was very helpful kind and sincere in her love if the company i appreciated that

Doesn't matter, the people who interviewed me got laid off during the pandemic!

Being around people and families
knowing that i am doing a good job for a great place
