A WORKING WAGE. IT'S SAD THAT MOST OF US CAN QUALIFY FOR FOOD STAMPS IF WE HAVE KIDS BECAUSE OF OUR PAY.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their employees with respect. We are human and not perfect. Pay their employee better and stop underbidding contracts it only hurts the employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
there is no communication. our supervisor got mad at us over overtime. We told him it's only us left at the contract. we are working 12 hours 7 days a week. They can't even keep track of their workers it's sad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is really low. Just about zero benefits and what they have they are worthless. Your pay should be based on how long you are with the company. It is really degrading when you have been working for them for many years and a new hire gets on a job that's making 300-400 dollars more a month than
