The other Guards are understanding.

Quick to comply with requests if within guidelines of what THEY deem acceptable.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Guard Coworkers and their ability to be Human, as well as the drivers that I have only had positive interactions with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position I work requires training and is impossible to cover outside of in-house guards stationed here as well in case of sickness or family emergency, yet we are paid the same as guards working a stationary position inside the building.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The guards i work with are truly Human; by that i mean that even though it is understood that if one of us calls out the rest of the team is hit pretty hard with extra hours whether unwanted or not, they understand the situation and do not try to make a hostile environment.
