What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy however that might be reason as to why we get such terrible employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees more provide the necessary staff for each site, and give payouts to people who don't get to use their pto
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I personally don't feel like securitas does accurate background checks, honestly I don't think they care who they hire. I work with a bunch of people who try to smoke pot on their breaks, or consistently lie about needing days off
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This one isn't all one securitas, but instead I will say the specific sites we are contracted with is the problem. People go out of their way to not communicate with on site security, people are rude and don't respect the line of work we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because my schedule is constantly changing some days you work 8 hrs others you work 12 but it's impossible to stay on top of a sleep schedule when Your hrs are completely inconsistent you don't get your schedule till the week of and people call off constantly without consequence
