Training and Orientation really could use a program.
When things are communicated and I can put together plans.
I got hired. And they were truly interested in my military background.
They show up and do their job. They do the things that I ask of them.
The ability of two different parties to work together to achieve one goal. A fair election.
I have had many employees take the Acts training. My retention is very high. And I'm creative with scheduling to minimize OT. At least have someone communicate with the client as I am adding value.
