Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low pay, low tier benefits, no 401k match, company was vague about 401k in interviews. Misleading.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The compliance and some other hr and admin managers are all great people , rvp great, Doo great, controller great, area hr manager bad apple. All employees super friendly and great to work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All employees required to complete unpaid 40 hours of online training and have guard license issued before they can start work. Long and complex hiring process with more paperwork than any I have ever seen.
