They shave hours off of timesheets before payout and dont want anyone working over time. My immediate supervisor is great and i like my post but there is something really wrong with illegally taking earned money away from your employees.

Work ethic is pretty good with my team except for one person
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is amazing but the people above him are rude and illegally remove worked hours before paying employees.
