I work at Boskovich. In Oxnard California 93033. The Guard that's graveyard sleeps thru almost the whole shift. The office is aware and so is the supervisors. He's been spoken to but still nodded out most of the night. Nothing's done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better supervisors this company hires anyone with 2 legs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Lunch breaks need to be taken. And the post 1 should get more assistance from post 2 cause post doesn't do much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were left out as essential workers we didn't get the 2 dollar extra like the stores etc. We were excluded and we worked thru it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be better assistance. And to take our lunch break. We sign our initials. But that's a lie. To me when the other worker arrives then the workers who's been there for 6 hours should get a lunch break.
