My PTO has stopped accruing even though I take no time off. Last year my supervisor used my PTO without telling me until my entire vacation was gone. This time I have simply stopped accruing PTO, which Securitas HR is aware of, as it has happened to multiple employees. No time off in over 6 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company we are contracted with is wonderful.

Accolades from the client. Too bad our work means nothing to Securitas.

The woman who interviewed me was very cordial, professional and sincere, with a great sense of humor.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Maybe they could actually learn to care about their employees and make sure they're properly compensated for their work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are great people who work hard and deserve better treatment from Securitas. They go above and beyond. We all work odd shift to cover for one another and we work together well as a team.
