Two faced, liers, thief's, no work life balance at all. The site supervisor don't have to follow rules but your expected to follow and take abuse with a smile on your face. This is the worst place to work. The pay is awful as are the benefits which are also VERY expensive.

talk with them and actually do a background check as well as a refence check.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! Listing to your employees is a great first start. Having communication would be step two. Making sure that the client is also not abusing the guards. Better pay!! Just to name a few.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
work ethic. That is a big problem they hire whatever walks and breathes. Showing up for a shift and not also making your coworkers clean up their messes. Have the mangement listen to the shift leads when they express concern over a guard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Value for a person in this company is complete absent. I have been with the company for 6+ years. I have felt so taken for granted and well as ignored or treat extremely unfairly. If they actually started to appreciate us then that would be a start.
