I started out over four years ago excited and hopeful. Fast forward to now and all I can express is disappointment. From only one small raise since 2019, to Supervisors who are inept at best. I am not speaking about all aspects of the job, only certain areas of it. But still, I will stick it out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I applied in person and before I even finished the application, I was hired. Just like that!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I haven't had as much interaction with them to fully understand all they do or don't do for us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a steady job and when I am respected and acknowledged as being a significant member of this team. It happens too infrequently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One small raise in over four years will make anyone feel undervalued. A significant increase in wage would make most people feel better.
