I am extremely grateful to being an employee here at Securitas. I have never worked with/for a company that values its employees so much. I love everything about it such as flexible schedules ,permission to work at locations, Weekly pay and the Securitas leadership staff.

That its easy and being able to interact with the costumers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the employees of DHMF are always nice and respectful. Its definitely a plus in that area.

That if i have an issue personal or work related they are their for me in anyway possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they do there best to ensure that we are safe and and accommodate us according to the company regulations. the kind and respectful attitude the exemplify.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay that was raised from 18.50/hr to 23/hr according to DHMF switching to union that Securitas deemed it necessary to raise the pay for non-DHMF employees.
