Overtime is expected. Coming to work sick is expected. Minimal push for improvement or promotion.

They need to treat their employees like people, not just warm bodies to fill a spot.

I have worked up to 90 hours in a week. No negotiating for holidays. No reason to stay or improve.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is one of the better Securitas sites. On time, rare call-outs. But most don't care about the job past checking the boxes.
