Issues have been addressed but no action has been taken. Done trying.

My team is fine. New people arent always trained or picked the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tasks keep changing and being added without raise in pay. Holidays are unpaid even if not choice to be off. Contracted- places contracted out to are charged way too much per compensation.
