Communication is the key and there is not a lot of that going on.

Working with the same people I have worked with for several years gives a sense of comfort.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowing I get the same pay rate after putting in so much time and effort makes work less enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for the same company for over four years and I get paid the same amount as the ones hired off the streets.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Committing into treating their employees better and not dispensable. Show their employees that they care and also give them the pay rate they deserve. They want quality security guards for a low low pay rate and all that does is show us that they could care less about their employees.
