The people at headquarters don't know what they are doing, buy our little group is great. Pay and benefits are very poor.

My team is very reliable and are very nice, easy going folks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, Making sure of adequate shift coverage, getting more contracts in my area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are pretty independent of corporate interference, which is nice. We know our job and we do it right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A couple paid sick days per year, Better health insurance, a living wage so that I can get off Obama Care.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The job is not very exciting. Nothing to get excited about, but I don't hate going to work. Just not excited about it.
