They need to compromised with their jobs, they just work because they have to and do a lot of thing really wrong
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have the worst way to collect free days, they don't assure 40 hours and is constantly changing your routine, we need to change and to make the difference
