Work long hours (an illega amount of hours) or get fired.
They should stay awake when on post.
They fed us and the facilities were clean.
Be honest, dependable and trustworthy.
The facilities were very comfortable.
I don't have a team. As soon as I train one, they are "relocated".
I know that I can at least give an honest effort, "do my part".
Securitas needs to train their people instead of forcing them into high risk situations.
Securitas should not place people in high risk situations that they are not qualified for.
I am forced to train new people almost daily with not even so much as a thank you.
I was hired for a particular function. No one told me that Iwould also have to train a new person almost every day with no additional compensation. Forced to stand outside in the elements without access to water, restrooms, rain gear, etc.
It would be nice if Securitas was honest and trustworthy. They are neither. Don't take my word for it: I can show you precise discrepancies (with put lives in danger) between what they say they will do and what they actually do.
They can start with honesty. Also, they can get "on the same page" with one another: i.e., you're hired by HR for a particular function & then the branch manager tells you something different but the Scheduler has her own agenda & your immed. supe. lies to cover it all up...etc. I could go on
