Okay work environment, but not nearly enough pay to live on. I need a second job even though I am already full time. I can't put all my focus on working here because I am worried about paying rent.

The site where I work is incredibly laid back most of the time.

I like some of the flexibility they allow you with time off. Most of them seem understanding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with at my site are amazing. They have a great sense of humor and are easy to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With this company, you are not compensated nearly enough for what you do or have to deal with. My position is one of the higher hourly rates and I still can't afford a decent living off of the pay.
