No support from corporate office. Calls go unanswered, emails take days for response. They do not support their staff when issues arise. I enjoyed the position in the beginning but now I dread going to work. Personally I like the client, but Securitas makes it difficult to keep going to work

Health insurance is way overpriced. Haven't done any other benefits.

Most are friendly and we make each other laugh. But that's about it

Corporate doesn't maintain an open line of communication with the client. The client needs to know what's going on with Securitas and their staff
