Schedule always changing and guards are quiting . Work at the brooklyn location our contract is with ikea and both managements are bad . Wish i never was posted at this site , everyday i tell my self to keep going but im running out of fumes in me .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for that location shoyld be higher . We have to deal with cab drivers, customers barking at us , shoplifters and ikea and securitas management . All this need to be fixed.
