What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love that the leadership team views itself as people first, not positions first. I love that they meet daily to do Stand-Up, so as to communicate what all is happening across departments.

The Leadership team is driven by the idea that energy and passion for changing the way healthcare is paid for is paramount. You can feel that they are fully invested in growing this company to its full potential.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

The employees at Sedera take ownership for their specific responsibilities but they also are collaborative and never say "that's not my job". The team works together to find solutions to issues and everyone treats everyone else with respect and love.

We are helping people. We are all driven by a common goal which is to change an entire industry. We are making people empowered in their healthcare decisions and we are using a model of helping each other to change how healthcare gets paid for.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

There is a bit of a separation between leadership and everyone else. I think improvement could be made in communication between leadership and the rest of the company. There should be a narrower gap between the top money earners and the rest of the team.
